In Morocco, snake envenomation is considered a serious public health problem. Epidemiological data remain poorly understood due to the absence of a national registry, as well as the non-medicalization of a significant proportion of patients victims of envenomation using traditional procedures. The precise identification of the aggressor snake is problematic because health professionals are not aware of the value of identification and have no training on the taxonomy of snakes in Morocco [1].A snakebite represents, in case of venom injection, a medical emergency accompanied by high morbidity and mortality in many parts of the world [2-3].This is a medical-surgical emergency responsible for a very high mortality in Africa. In this work, we present the strategy adopted by our team in the management of a clinical case of ophidian envenomation complicated by necrosis of the pulp of the second finger.

Abdominal wall vents are musculo-aponeurotic continuity solutions secondary to a surgical incision or penetrating wound of the abdomen [1]. Their frequency, in series with sufficient decline, varies from 13 to 20% of laparotomy [2,3]. The incidence is correlated with the location and size of the incisions, the type of surgery, initial pathology and the patients terrain [4]. Multiple repair techniques have been described in the literature; the combination of this cure with an abdominoplasty makes it possible to give a satisfactory result both functionally and aesthetically. In this work, we present the strategy adopted by our team in the management of a clinical case of subumbilical ventration.

The zygomatico maxillary complex (ZMC) is a major buttress of the midfacial skeleton. The ZMC is important to structural, functional, and aesthetic appearances of the facial skeleton. A ZMC fracture is also known as a tripod, tetrapod, or quadripod fracture, trimalar fracture or malar fracture [1],[2]. Zygomatico maxillary complex is the second most common mid-facial bone fractured after the nasal bones and overall represents 45% of all midface fractures[3].The architectural pattern of zygomatic bone allows it to withstand blows of great forces without fracturing. Because of such heavy forces zygomatic bone gets separated from adjacent bone at or near the suture lines. It may be separated from its four articulations, resulting in a zygomatico-maxillary complex, zygomatic-complex or orbito-zygomatic fracture. These articulations encompass an area which has the horizontal and vertical lines of osteosynthesis as described by Gruss and Mackinnon [4].

In being successful, firms must have a well-defined business strategy executed via various organization system stage tactics, each contributing to the overall firm strategy. With many calculated possibilities readily available, diversity has shown to be a popular strategy for businesses seeking development, increased performance, and security, and therefore an aggressive improvement. Nonetheless, studies continue to uncover inconsistent effects of diversity on top-performing organizations. The institutional climate of a country, whether developed or developing, has a significant impact on the strategic choices made by its businesses as a whole and on the spread of diverse methods, with relevant diversity being much more effective in industrialized and extremely affordable financial climates and unrelated diversity being famous and influential in developing financial climates. Diversification is enhanced by research and development. This research demonstrated that although a range of scholars advocates for adequate diversity, excessive or insufficient variety might impair ones ability to pass or succeed. In todays dynamic and uncertain solution environment, businesses are constantly under pressure to improve their efficiency. It catalyzes achieving peak performance and promoting market harmony. Additionally, organizations must not be zealous in pursuing novel approaches but rather recognize the most effective strategy for calming their therapeutic and business methods to improve performance.

Regardless, understanding the Influence of social support in OCRs on shopper behavior is doubtful. Given the importance of client-created material on business deals and productivity, business associations have made monitoring and responding to client audits a major administrative test and a substantial ongoing administration worry.
